TNCI First Fundraising Event

Triskelions of Northern California, Inc., a newly established 501(c)(3) IRS approved registered corporation, embarked on its journey with a momentous launch event on Sunday, April 20th, held at Kabayan Restaurant in Union City, CA. The event not only marked the official inception of the organization but also served as a platform to kickstart its charitable endeavors. 

 

The launch event witnessed an outpouring of generosity from the community, as attendees and donors came together to contribute towards the noble cause championed by the Triskelions of Northern California, Inc. Through the collective efforts of numerous individuals, a remarkable sum of $1,005 was raised, laying a solid foundation for the organization's philanthropic endeavors. 

 

The success of the fundraising efforts can be attributed to the unwavering support of the following donors:

The generosity displayed by these individuals exemplifies the spirit of community and solidarity, laying the groundwork for impactful change. 

 

The highlight of the event was a captivating presentation delivered by Grand Triskelion Arnel Lorenzo, showcasing the organization's past achievements and outlining ambitious projects for the future. Among the notable accomplishments highlighted were previous feeding programs and the establishment of facilities providing access to clean water. Looking ahead, the organization aims to deepen its impact by forging partnerships with entities such as the Alameda Food Bank in Oakland, extending aid to the homeless through provision of clothing and food, and establishing community pantries along with ongoing feeding programs in the Philippines. 

 

Furthermore, discussions centered on innovative solutions to address pressing issues, including the implementation of water filtration systems in underserved areas of the Philippines, particularly within school premises. Additionally, proposals were put forth to construct educational facilities such as classrooms or libraries in disadvantaged provinces of Zamboanga. 

 

It is imperative to underscore that the fundraising efforts of Triskelions of Northern California, Inc. are not confined to a single event; rather, they represent an ongoing commitment throughout the year. Members are encouraged to actively engage their networks, including family, friends, and corporate entities, to further the organization's mission of poverty alleviation and ensuring access to clean water for communities in need. 

 

Importantly, donors can leverage their contributions for tax purposes, as Triskelions of Northern California, Inc. is recognized as a 501(c)(3) IRS approved charitable organization.
