Triskelions of Northern California Raise Over $8,700 at Successful Seafood Feast Fundraiser

SAN LEANDRO, CA — The Triskelions of Northern California (TNC) hosted a highly successful Seafood Feast Fundraiser on September 27, 2025, raising an impressive $8,745 to support the organization's community projects. The event, held at the Alta Mira Club, brought together over 100 guests for a night of delicious food, entertainment, and generosity.

A Night of Giving and Celebration 

 

​Attendees enjoyed an evening featuring a bountiful seafood feast, refreshing drinks, and lively entertainment. The fundraiser included a popular raffle with exciting prizes, including an iPad grand prize donated by GT Carlos JR Palanca III, which was won by Kaycee Makalintal. Other raffle winners took home gift cards from TNC and tickets to a "Pooh and Pokwang" comedy concert, donated by Ms. Yoliesil Pontino of Luxury Closet by Yoliesil LLC.

Proceeds to Launch Clean Water Initiative 

​

The funds raised will allow TNC to launch its new "Access to Clean Water Program". The first project will benefit the Cong. Erasmo Cruz Memorial Central School in Bocaue, Bulacan, Philippines, where TNC will install 10 new handwashing stations. These stations will promote better health by encouraging regular hand hygiene, a critical measure for preventing the spread of germs and infections. TNC will also provide educational programs to students to maximize the health and learning benefits of the new facilities.

Art Liguidliguid, Executive Director of Triskelions of Northern California, Inc., highlighted the fundraiser's impact" This fundraiser is more than just a celebration—it’s a commitment to transforming lives," he said. "With the support we received, we are now able to launch our Access to Clean Water Program, starting with a school that will directly benefit hundreds of children". An attendee added, "The food was amazing, the entertainment was lively, and it felt great knowing that my ticket helped make a difference".
